Adults & Children (3+) (Adolescents by agreement only)

Trauma/PTSD, ADHD, Behavioral issues, Foster/adoptive issues; Play therapy, EMDR trained, TBRI, Sand Tray therapy (level 3), Theraplay, TF-CBT, Behavior Modification, Assessment & Testing (for ADHD & Autism).

Adults— We are often impacted by past events, which can result in unhealthy coping mechanisms and negative core beliefs about ourselves and/or the world. Even when we "know" our behaviors and thoughts aren't helpful, sometimes we just feel so stuck and aren't sure what, if anything, will help. That’s where I come in—I'm here to "be in your corner," support you, and help you navigate these difficulties. I help individuals overcome past struggles, challenge & replace negative beliefs, process past traumas, and develop healthy coping skills.

Children/Adolescents— Kiddos face their own difficulties-- behaviorally, emotionally, socially, academically, etc. I have a true passion for working with and helping kiddos who are struggling. I provide an environment for them to safely explore and express their emotions, process any past traumas, and develop necessary skills. Using play therapy, TBRI, behavior modification, CBT, and a combination of other approaches, I assist children in overcoming their struggles and current barriers, learning new coping mechanisms, and helping them find ways to redirect inappropriate behaviors, allowing them the opportunity to thrive.
